We provide non-emergency medical transportation. We do not provide medical care or emergency services. In an emergency, call 911. Service details (availability, vehicles, coverage area, pricing) may change at any time.
Using Our Website
You agree to provide accurate information in the Contact Us form (name, email, phone number, and message). Do not use the site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes others’ rights. Website content (text, logos, images) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations
Ride requests are subject to confirmation and availability. Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or safety conditions. Pickup times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please tell us promptly if you need to change or cancel. We may apply a reasonable wait, cancellation, or no-show fee if a vehicle has been dispatched. For current fees and timing, contact us.
Safety and Conduct
Seat belts are required for all passengers. Children must use legally required child restraints supplied by the parent/guardian. No smoking, vaping, open containers of alcohol, or illegal substances in our vehicles. Our drivers provide safe assistance to and from the vehicle as appropriate, but they are not caregivers and do not provide medical treatment. Tell us in advance about mobility devices or accessibility needs so we can send an appropriate vehicle. We will accommodate within safe operating limits.
Personal Items
Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or unattended items. If you think you left something, contact us.
Payments and Insurance
If a third party (e.g., an insurer or program) is billed, coverage is subject to their rules and eligibility. You are responsible for charges that are not covered. Any quotes are estimates until confirmed.
Communication, privacy and other conditions
Communications (Calls and Text Messages)
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree we may contact you by call or text (SMS) about your inquiry, scheduling, reminders, updates, and support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. No purchase is required to opt in. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent with third parties. Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
